Place your items in their original packaging with tags attached, ensuring the gear is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
